Brand Information
The Peo Pro (PP) table tennis blade is manufactured by a Taiwanese factory with more than 40 years of OEM experience for Butterfly's Taiwan distributor. Coach Hsu personally participates in the blade structure design and supervises every stage of production. Every blade fully meets the requirements of modern table tennis and represents the quality and reliability of a proudly Taiwanese brand, offering exceptional value comparable to the world's leading brands.
Product Features
Specially Designed Junior Blade
Coach Hsu specially designed this blade for elementary school children. The slim FL handle provides a comfortable grip for smaller hands while maintaining excellent balance during swings. The lightweight 5-ply carbon blade with Koto outer plies delivers effortless power, stable spin performance, and excellent control. It is ideal for young players learning a two-wing looping style. The blade is built with excellent rigidity and durability, allowing gradual upgrades to higher-performance rubbers. It is designed to serve young players throughout their elementary school years, making it an excellent choice for beginners.
Pre-Assembled Rackets Are Not Recommended for Beginners. Most pre-assembled rackets sold under famous international brands are manufactured in China. Their sponge lacks sufficient elasticity and tension, while the rubbers are permanently glued using industrial adhesive for mass production, making replacement impossible. The blade construction also sacrifices durability for manufacturing efficiency. Although inexpensive and widely promoted in sporting goods stores, these rackets often provide a poor first playing experience. The true essence of table tennis lies in spin, speed, feel, and control. Beginners are strongly encouraged to use a quality blade paired with replaceable rubbers. Entry-level players can begin with 729 series rubbers, then gradually upgrade to Japanese or European rubbers as their skills improve. This approach offers better performance, longer blade life, and superior value.

Recommendation for Beginners
Most sporting goods stores recommend inexpensive pre-assembled rackets because they are easier to sell. However, this is not the ideal choice. The blade and rubber quality of these rackets is generally inferior, resulting in poor elasticity, limited speed, and weak spin. Since table tennis is a sport that relies heavily on feel and control, beginners should invest in a quality blade (typically within a budget of NT$1,000–2,000). A high-quality blade will last for many years and continue to support future rubber upgrades. Beginners are advised to start with affordable Chinese rubbers (approximately NT$250–450 per sheet) for excellent control and spin. After six months or more of training, they can upgrade to higher-performance Japanese or European rubbers (approximately NT$600–1,600 per sheet) for greater speed, sensitivity, and overall playing feel. This combination allows beginners to fully appreciate the precision and enjoyment of table tennis.
